Is shipping of ribbons free?

Yes, shipping of ribbons is free in the USA.

Do I have to wear show attire?

Show attire is not required; however, correct schooling attire appropriate for your discipline is expected.

Where do I find the pattern for my class?

After you submit your entry, you will receive the pattern for your class via email for download. The pattern can also be found on the class list on the website.

How do I submit my video?

Record your performance, upload it to YouTube and email the link to video@virtualequineevents.com. All video entries for the horse show, including yours, will be posted on our website for judging and viewing.

Can I enter multiple divisions with the same horse?

Yes, you can enter as many divisions within each discipline as you wish.

Can more than one rider enter a class on the same horse?

Yes, more than one rider can be entered on the same horse. Each combination of horse and rider requires an entry.

When will I get the results and score sheet for my class?

The results and score sheets will be emailed to you on the 25th of the month.

What prizes are awarded?

For all competitive classes ribbons are awarded to 1st through 6th place. For all Challenges, a large, themed ribbon is awarded for completion of the Challenge.

I registered for the show, what's next?

Thank you for registering! Here’s what to do next:

  1. Download Your Pattern – Check your email for a confirmation message that includes the pattern(s) for your class(es). Be sure to review the requirements carefully.

  2. Record Your Performance – Film your ride following the provided pattern. Make sure your video meets our competition guidelines, including clear visibility and appropriate attire.

  3. Submit Your Video – Upload your video to YouTube and email the unlisted YouTube link to info@virtualequineevents.com by the 20th of the month.

  4. Judging & Results – Videos will be judged between the 20th and 25th of the month. Once judging is complete, results will be posted, and winners will be notified.
