About Bundle Entries

Enter Virtual Equine Events with ease by purchasing a 12 Show Entry Ribbon or Rosette Bundle. This bundle provides 12 entry credits that can be used to submit classes in our virtual shows .

Save 25% on Your Entries

By purchasing a bundle, you receive a 25% savings compared to purchasing individual class entries. It’s the most economical option for riders who plan to enter multiple classes throughout the show season.

Benefits of the Bundle

  • 25% savings on show entries

  • Convenient way to enter multiple classes

  • No need to pay for each class individually

  • Use credits across multiple shows until they are used up

  • Family, Academy and barn riders can share the bundle credits

  • Credits do not expire

If you plan to compete in multiple classes or shows, the 12 Show Entry Bundles are the easiest and most economical way to participate in Virtual Equine Events.

How It Works

When you purchase this bundle, 12 rosette entry credits are added to your account. Each credit can be used for one class entry in any eligible Virtual Equine Events show.

When entering a show through the Ribbon or Rosette Bundle Entry Form, the system will automatically deduct the appropriate number of credits from your balance based on the number of classes you submit (up to 3 classes per entry form, multiple forms can be submitted per show).

For example:

Enter 1 class → 1 credit deducted

Enter 2 classes → 2 credits deducted

Enter 3 classes → 3 credits deducted

Your remaining credit balance will update automatically after each submission.

Unlimited Classes Per Show

There is no limit to the number of classes you may enter in any show. You can use as many credits as you like in a single event until your bundle credits are used up.

Important – Purchase Before Entering

The bundle must be purchased before entering the show. After purchasing the bundle, return to the Bundle Entry Form to submit your class entries using your credits.

Family & Academy/Barn Use

Bundle credits may be used by multiple riders within the same family or riders from the same riding academy/barn.

Credits may not be shared, transferred, or used for friends or riders outside of the same family or academy/barn.

Awards

Classes entered using the Rosette Bundle are eligible to receive 15" rosettes awarded for 1st through 6th place.

Classes entered using the Ribbon Bundle are eligible to receive 8" flat ribbons awarded for 1st through 6th place.

Entry Form Details

When entering using bundle credits, the same purchaser name and contact details used when the bundle was purchased must be used on the entry form. This allows us to correctly track and apply your credits.

If you purchased the Ribbon Bundle, you must use the Ribbon Bundle Entry Form.

If you purchased the Rosette Bundle, you must use the Rosette Bundle Entry Form.

Non-Transferable

Bundle credits are non-transferable and have no cash value. They may not be resold or exchanged.

Important

Entries submitted without matching purchaser details may delay processing of your entry while we verify your bundle credits.

FAQ

What is a virtual horse show?

A virtual horse show is an online competition where riders and handlers showcase their skills by submitting pre-recorded videos of their class pattern. These events are judged remotely by qualified professionals, following the same standards as in-person shows. Participants can compete in a variety of disciplines, from the convenience of their home arena. Virtual horse shows provide an accessible and cost-effective way to gain feedback, improve skills, and connect with the equestrian community worldwide.

How does a virtual horse show work?

A virtual horse show allows riders to compete from the comfort of their own facilities. Participants record their performances following class specifications, then submit their videos for judging.
